greetings!

i’m a part-time worker, student, & full-time optimist living in the natural (but expected) chaos of my late-twenties.

in my online profiles i go by pienon / phaenon / neikos, or any variant that is reminiscent or related to our dear phainon.

in my free time i like to read, draw, work out, & take show jumping classes. i also play video games, limiting myself to webfishing or red dead online. i honestly gotta take a break from gaming (it’s a harmful, dissociative coping mechanism of mine).

i’m currently studying for my country’s national exam while working part-time as an english teacher & figuring out how to live a life that will bring me joy.

the reason why i write in lowercase & use ampersands to an excessive amount comes from engaging & reading lots of silas’ works. i find it aesthetically pleasing & fun. i also mix a lot of “british” & “american” english because it’s my second language (i have no intention of correcting it in a personal online space, sorry).

on a more personal note, i’m learning a lot of things & unfolding many traumatic events & unconscious fears since moving out from my mother’s nest & living with my aunt as a growing adult. i’m the first case of arrested development in my household, & i struggle with anxiety since i was 10 for some unknown reason & with executive dysfunction since the dawn of my days. i love medieval aesthetics & knights. my favourite colours are blue, green, & grey, but i have a soft spot for maroons & browns. my favourite seasons are spring first & autumn second. i love drizzles, but i panic during thunderstorms or downpours. my family collects rosaries & i wish i had enough confidence to wear some of them as jewellery. i have zero sense of personal style & perception, but i’m working on that.
