i’m a part-time worker, part-time student, & full-time optimist living in the natural, but expected, chaos of my mid-twenties.
in my online profiles i currently go by pienon/phaenon/neikos (or anything that is reminiscent or related to dear phainon).
i don’t do much with my free time besides gaming, but this year i’ve decided to take a break from screens & engage with my previous hobbies which were reading, writing, drawing, playing instruments, & working out. the only game i currently play is red dead online, but i used to play honkai: star rail, wolf quest, & my dearly deceased alicia online.
the reason why i write in lowercase & use ampersands to an excessive amount comes from engaging & reading lots of silas’ works. i find it aesthetically pleasing & fun. i also mix a lot of british & american english because it’s my second language & i have no intention of correcting this in a personal online space.
on a more personal note, i’m learning a lot of things & unfolding many traumatic events & unconscious fears since moving out from my mother’s nest & living with my aunt as a growing adult. i’m the first case of arrested development in my household. i struggle with anxiety since i was 10 for some unknown reason & with executive dysfunction since the dawn of my days. i love medieval aesthetics, poems, & knights. my favourite colours are blue, green, & grey, but i have a soft spot for maroons & browns. my favourite seasons are spring first & autumn second. i love drizzles, but i panic during thunderstorms or downpours. my family collects rosaries & i wish i had enough confidence to wear some of them as jewellery. i may come across as whiny, competitive, and like an envious maniac, but don’t mind me—that’s the usual.
